-Girls in Pants
I finished the book today! All I can say is, wow. Wow. It is so amazing. The whole series is fabulous, but the books get better and better each time. She left room for another one, so I hope she does a fourth. I think after the fourth book she can end it.
I re-did my layout just now. It's kind of bright (hehe) but I like it. I still have to change a few minor things, but for the most part, it's cute. Very spring-ish. I've been thinking about changing the purple for a long time, so I finally just did it.
Still sick...whomever gave this to me is awful. I will be hunting you down and hurting you severely just as soon as I stop blowing my nose. I had a fever this morning and I woke up at 8:30 am. The true sign that I am sick is when I get up earlier than I have to. Then you know something is wrong with me. Normally, I would sleep until 9:30 at the earliest, 10:30-11 at the latest.
I'm waiting for the air conditioning guy to come...our air shut off days ago so we've just been leaving the windows open until we could be home for someone to fix it, which hasn't been a bad experience at all. The guy called not too long ago and said he'd be here in an hour. I don't like the sound of his voice. He almost sounded drunk. I also don't like that I am here by myself with this guy, especially since he sounds drunk. Not that he'd try anything, but I just don't like that.
Girls in Pants prompted me to finish my housing stuff for FSU...Tibby got a single room in the book, and I figure if I turn my things in early enough maybe I'll have a better shot. I mean, I already requested it, but this would tip the scales a little more in my favor. *crosses fingers* From what I've heard, most people actually want a roommate. Maybe I have a shot at my own room? I'm hoping. I'd really like to choose who I live with rather than just be assigned to them. Eesh.
Well, I'm off to write those housing essays on wellness (I applied for a wellness dorm, for anyone who doesn't know. No drinking or smoking ever...I have to sign a contract).
